中文摘要: 非氧化物如氮化物、碳化物纳米材料的通常制备方法 ,主要是高温反应。我们发展了溶剂热合成制备纳米材料的技术 ,在较低温度下制备了多种非氧化物纳米材料。
Abstract:The synthesis methods of non-oxides are usually high temperature reaction. Our group developed the solvothermal methods and prepared some non-oxide nanomaterials at relatively low temperature.
