中文摘要: 简略介绍了作者近年在“社会经济转型期心理行为”的研究 ,包括 :组织变革及适应、变革领导者的胜任特征、员工再就业心理适应、激励机制问题、科技创新中的行为评价以及证券市场的个体投资者心理行为等问题及管理对策。提出了进一步开展我国社会经济转型期行为研究需要关注的问题及建议
Abstract:The article is mainly to introduce the author’s researches in "the psychological behavior of social and economic transition " for the recent years. They include organizational change and suit, selection of transformational leaders based on competence model, adaptabilty behaviors of re employed individuals,motivation mechanism, re training model,the management behavior assessment in Scientific Technical innovation and stockholder psychological behavior in stock market .Finally, the author proposed some suggestions for futher researches in "the psychological behavior of social and economic transition " in future.
