中文摘要: 从1992年开始,中国实施了以“人口、资源、环境、发展”四位一体的总协调战略,在国民经济和社会发展中取得了伟大的进步。中国的可持续发展战略围绕以“可持续能力建设”为中心,主要在政府调控、生存安全、人力资源、生态环境、社会发展和科技创新等6方面进行了可持续发展能力的建设,为中国可持续能力增长做出了贡献。
Abstract:Recently ten years, China has carried out the fundamental strategy of "Population, Resources, Environment and Development" hommonization, and furthermore, achieved the great progress in the fields of economic growth and social development. The national strategy of sustainable development focuses on the "Capability Building of Sustainability", and mainly contributes for the sustainable development of China:(1)Capability Building of Government Ability;(2) Capability Building of Living Security;(3)Capability Building of Human Resources;(4)Capability Building of Eco-environment;(5)Capability Building of Social Security;(6)Capability Building of Innovation of Sciences and Technology.
