Abstract:Based on the biosensor concept with imaging ellipsometry, the proteinchip was developed as a new technique for protein analysis. The chip in micro-array was patterned with multi-bioactivity of proteins. The chip could be used for protein detection, identification and purification as well as protein interaction with only a little sample consumption and labeling free. It’s able directly to test raw physiological samples such as serum, urine, sputum, adnoid liquid, and splitted cell solution, etc. Its high spatial resolution and high throughout might be available to perform multi-analysis simultaneously with high speed and repeatability for clinic diagnosis, medicine screening and protein function analysis.
