Abstract:It is necessary to speed legislative process and make a particular law to manage alien species control and biological invasions’ prevention. A National Information Service Center should be established for predicting alien species’ invasion, quick identification of intercepted and potential invasive pests, providing methods to eradicate and/or control them. National United Control Office and an Expert Guidance Committee are needed to regulate each involved branches’ activities, to meet an emergency of biological invasions and to give scientific treatment strategies with specific cases. To strengthen public education is a way for managers and civilians to know the importance of biological invasions and to understand it may be related to everyone.
