Abstract:The theoretical core of scientific development is based on two basic keynotes:firstly,making efforts to handle the balance between humanity and Nature,and seeking for their harmonic development and rational existence of their relationship; and secondly,making efforts to realize the coordination between man and man.In summary,the great proposition of "sustainable development" confronted by the whole world embodies the general coordination of "humanity and Nature" and "man and man".Effective coordination between "humanity and Nature" is the basis for safeguarding sustainable development; while correctly handling the relationship between "man and man" is the core of realizing sustainable development.
