Abstract:The paper analyzes the main factors influencing healthy development of Chinese technology transfer career, and also briefly analyzes the useful attempt of the Beijing Branch of the Chinese Academy of Sciences and some of its affiliated technology transfer units in technology transfer field.The paper proposes that technology transfer is not only a career but also a professional specialty,which should be included in the"middle-position"strategy of the development pattern of sci-tech undertakings of the CAS.By combining the reality of the CAS,the paper gives some useful suggestions for enhancing the technology transfer work in tactics in three different levels- departments of the CAS,Beijing Branch of the CAS and research institutes.
