Abstract:Scientific policy-making is of great importance to socio-economic development and institutional reform of administrative management of China,but the imperfection of scientific policy-making mechanism causes public decision-making to be confronted with some problems, contrary to scientific policy-making. In view of the trend of social development, it is urgent in need of impelling scientific policy-making at present in China. By systematically summarizing positive and negative experience in the construction of scientific policy-making system in developed countries, and incorporating the practicality in China, the present paper proposes key measures necessary to adopt for impelling scientific policy-making at the present time in China.
