中文摘要: 本文通过调研研究所投资企业长春热缩股权社会化改革的案例,剖析了其在社会化改革中突破困境再度辉煌的历程,同时对目前研究所在股权社会化改革中存在的共性问题进行了简要分析。在此基础上,对股权社会化改革进行了思考并提出了相应的对策建议。
Abstract:Based on investigation of equity socialization reform case of Changchun Heat Shrinkable Materials Limited Liability Company) which was investment enterprise of CIAC (Changchun Institute of Applied Chemistry), the present paper sums up numerous difficulties that was faced with around the year 2000 during its further development and points out that it was equity socialization reform that enables Changchun Heat Shrinkable to break through difficulties and has got outstanding achievements. Also this paper analyzes the general problems that exist in equity socialization reform of CAS institutes, and then puts forward some thinking about equity socialization reform and suggestions that promote progress of this work. We hope that other institutes can benefit from the case of Changchun Heat Shrinkable experience and speed up equity socialization reform process, so as to better realize the promotion of the lare-scale development of high-tech industries.
