中文摘要: 我国目前的制度环境、市场发育、资源约束以及社会进步现状,均对公务创新及实行现代公共服务提出了迫切需求。本文从对公务创新与现代公共服务业的概念内涵出发,以构建现代公共服务体系为目标,多角度分析了现代公共服务业的发展导向,系统地剖析了公务创新的理论架构和现代公共服务业的战略模式,并就未来现代公共服务业发展的若干重要问题进行了深入探讨。
Abstract:The current institutional environments, marketing development, resource constraints and present status of social progress, all propose urgent demands for public affairs innovation and for implementing modern public service. Starting from the conception and intension of modern public service industry, and taking the construction of modern public service system as the target, this paper analyzes the development trend of modern public service industry from many perspectives, and systematically analyzes the theoretical framework of public affairs innovation and strategic mode of modern public service industry.
