Abstract:Improving conference style and writing style and raising working efficiency are inevitable requirements of the development of the times. On the basis of investigating internal and abroad similar organizations and improving conference style and writing style, empirical foundation,through the ways of studying and reading documents, designing questionnaires, experimental units investigation, amending questionnaires, enlarging the scale of investigation, face to face interview, induction and rearrangement, etc., suggestions are put forward for improving conference style and writing style of various departments of the Headquarters of the CAS and organizations subordinate to the CAS.
