中文摘要: 2008年以来,受全球金融危机的影响,国外资本流入我国房地产市场的速度明显放缓。本文分析了外资流动的状况及其对我国房地产市场的影响,并利用截至2008年11月的相关统计数据,对未来房地产市场利用外资情况进行了预测,同时提出了相关的政策建议。
Abstract:Since the beginning of 2008, affected by global financial crisis, the speed of foreign capital flows in China’s real estate market has been obviously slowed down.This paper analyzes the state of foreign capital flows in China and their impact on China’s real estate market.Furthermore, with the related statistic data up to November 2008, the authors provide a prediction of the foreign capital flows in China’s real estate market.Some related policy suggestions are also presented accordingly.
