Abstract:For the problems found in the investigation in scientific research institutions and institutes,this paper analyzes the strategic management of scientific research organizations.Using the economics theory,the authors have studied the general phenomenon of the strategic management of scientific research organizations,and attempted to explore the new direction of system reform in the CAS.
