Abstract:For coping with financial crisis,global climate warming and domestic resources and environmental issues,this paper analyses experience and problems of green economy at home and abroad and puts forward that China’s development in the "12th Five Year Plan" period and the next decade should be led by the concept of green development,with green innovation as the means,with resource and environmental efficacy,structure readjustment and co-benefit as key targets,to construct comprehensive development framework and to integrate relevant development ideas such as circular economy and low-carbon economy,exerting a package of multiple means so as to create new green development modes. The green development will realize the conception of construction of green China and make great contributions to China’s and the global sustainable development.
