Abstract:This paper proposes the key points of the green economy development,mainly including low carbon economy development,circular economy development and enlargement,continual promotion of energy-saving and emission reduction,the exploitation and utilization of new and renewable energies,the construction of low carbon city and infrastructures,and the development of environmental industry,etc. On the basis of this,countermeasures are put forward such as plan formulation,implementation of incentive policy,more financial input into R&D,the utilization of marketing mechanism,the study of development roadmap for green economy in China,human resources development,and public understanding,so as to break a green road with the Chinese Characteristics.
