Abstract:Taking Germany as an example,this paper discusses the general situation of German state innovation system construction,from the country’s research and development system and expenditure input,the state backbone non-profit making scientific research institutions,and technical service system,etc.,and puts forward some inspirations for constructing the state technological innovation system in China.
