Abstract:During the "12th Five-Year Plan" period,productive service trades should step up to national strategies,with priorities in the development of national economy.It is necessary to grasp the new round of the major favorable opportunities for international industrial adjustment and transferring,with promoting the adjustment and upgrading of industrial structures and transforming the mode of economic development as a juncture,and insisting on marketization,internationalization,gathering mode,upgrading style of development orientation,with system and mechanism innovation as the driving force,to strengthen overall consideration and coordination,to steadily advance the comprehensive experimental pilot,with breaking through the key service links in value chain as the core,so as to realize a new pattern of linked development of productive service trades and productive industries.
