中文摘要: 文章从信息技术范式和管理思想演变两个角度,分析了生产性服务业在过去60年中经历的3个发展阶段。通过对以物联网等为代表的下一代信息技术的描述与分析,预测了第四代生产性服务业所应当具备的基本特征。基于这一分析,总结出了生产性服务业发展和演变的两个基本趋势,即对制造业的依赖性越来越小;服务能力的培育和生成越来越重要。最后指出下一代生产性服务业的发展与规划实践中需要注意的4个问题。
Abstract:This paper analyses the three main developing stages experienced by productive service trades during the past 60 years from the two angles of information technology paradigm evolution and management thought evolution.Through the description and analysis of the next generation of information technologies,which takes the Internet of Things as representatives,the paper also forecasts the essential features of the fourth stage of productive service trades.Based on this analysis,the author concludes two basic trends in the development and evolution of productive service trades,the first one of which is its decreasing dependency on manufacturing industry,while the second being the increasing importance of cultivating and generating service capability.Finally,the paper points out four problems which should be noticed in the development and planning practice of the next generation of productive service trades.
