中文摘要: 文章首先探讨了生产性服务业发展所需要具备的两种基本能力,即情境感知和服务联动能力。进一步引入"高科技价值链"(信息—知识—创意—创新—创业)的概念,分析了高科技价值链的5个基本环节,以及这5个环节与两类基本能力之间的内在关系。从分析高科技价值链布设所需的两类服务者入手,进一步提出了以高科技价值链为依托的服务经济"多中心"布局模型,并给出了具体的操作抓手和实施路径。
Abstract:This paper firstly discusses two essential abilities needed in the development of productive service trades,which are the context-perception and service linkage abilities.Then the paper introduces the concept of High-tech Value Chain(Information -Knowledge -Initiation -Innovation -Pioneering),and analyzes the five basic procedures of the High-tech Value Chain,as well as their internal relation with the two essential abilities.Starting with analyzing the two kinds of servicers needed for the arrangement of the High-tech Value Chain,the paper also puts forward the layout model of "multiple centers" of service economy based on High-tech Value Chain,combined with the manipulative grasp and executive way.
