Abstract:This paper analyzes three hot spot problems in the construction of the contingent of Chinese S&T talents,including the evaluation orientation,personnel mobility and salary stimulation,introduces related practice and idea in S&T developed countries internationally,and proposes countermeasures and suggestions.
