中文摘要: 通过分析国内外植物园的现状与中科院植物园的基础和优势,提出未来科学植物园的建设应以重点地区生物多样性考察和重要野生植物迁地保育为基础,以植物物种多样性有效保育为关键技术手段,以科学评价资源的功能研究为目标导向,以植物资源合理利用研发为战略重点,以运行机制创新为根本保障,加强特色鲜明的专类植物园和专业实验平台建设,着力引进和培养研究、技术、管理人才,开展迁地保育植物资源的开放性研究,推动自主知识产权的创新性成果产生,为新兴生物产业奠定物质基础。
Abstract:Through the analysis of the present status of the development of botanical gardens,both domestic and international,with particular focus on the basis and advantages of the botanical gardens within the Chinese Academy of Sciences(CAS),the authors propose that in the future the scientific botanical gardens(which differ from common public gardens)should be constructed on the basis of the plant diversity investigation in key areas and ex-situ conservation of wild plant species,utilizing current key technologies to effectively preserve the diversity of botanic species as key technological means,taking the research on the scientific evaluation of plant resources function as the goal guidance,taking the reasonable utilization and R&D as strategic priority,taking the innovation of operational mechanisms as the basic guarantee.The establishment of special kinds of botanical gardens and specialized experimental platforms should be enhanced,and talented people in research,technology and management should be introduced and trained,open research on ex-situ preservation botanical resources should be conducted,and the producing of innovational achievements of independent knowledge property rights should be promoted,so as to lay down material foundation for aemerging bio-industry.
