Abstract:This paper retrospects the background of building up the advanced industry base for biotechnology sci-tech innovation,and summarizes the considerations and practice of the advanced industry base for biotechnology sci-tech innovation in the last five years.The management mode for the characterized strategy research and network framework,as well as the sci-tech innovation activity organization pattern for integrating certain administrative aspects of the government,production,teaching,research and funding as one piece,by relying on Bioindustry Sci-tech Innovation Union,are the keys for the advanced industry base for biotechnology innovation to be able to obtain rapid development within a relatively short time.
