中文摘要: 文章系统回顾了中科院30多年来科研行政后勤改革的历程,对新时期中科院科研行政后勤的现状与问题进行了研究与分析,面对中科院"创新2020"科研行政后勤的使命与任务,提出了新思路与新举措。
Abstract:This paper systematically reviews the logistics reformation in the Chinese Academy of Sciences in the past 30 years.The status and problems of scientific research administrative logistics of Chinese Academy of Sciences in the new period are analyzed.New ideas and measures are put forward to complete the mission and task of scientific research administrative logistics under the background of "Innovation 2020" of the Chinese Academy of Sciences.
