中文摘要: 中科院历来重视高技术研发及其产业化工作。本文从增强紧迫感提高危机意识、中科院院地合作理念、中科院高技术产业现状和高技术研究与发展存在的问题等方面系统阐述了中科院在高技术产业化领域的探索、实践与思考。
Abstract:Chinese Academy of Sciences has always attached great importance to R&D and industrialization of high technology.From different aspects of enhancing the sense of urgency and crisis,the concept of academy-locality cooperation,the current status of high-tech industry of CAS,This paper systematicall yexpounds the exploration,practice and reflection of CAS in the field of industrialization of high technology.
