中文摘要: 科技人员创业有效促进了科技与经济的结合,有力推动了科技界与产业界的互动,要从科研机构办企业转变到鼓励科技人员创业,激发科技人员创业的积极性,为科技人员创业创造有利的环境和条件。本文在上述论述基础上,提出了促进科技人员创业的政策措施建议。
Abstract:Scientific and technical personnel’s Carving out efficiently promotes the integration of science and technology with the economy and the interaction between academy and industry.The operation mode should change from institutions launching the enterprise to encouraging scientific and technical personnel to carve out.This paper makes some suggestions on how to create favorable environment and conditions to inspire scientific and technical personnel’s enthusiasm to carve out.
