Abstract:This article addresses concepts,frameworks,methods,architectures,processes and prototype systems for decision service and academic analytics in science and technology based on open source intelligence and big data.The impact and significance of the Cyberspace,open source intelligence,and big data are investigated.The focus of discussion is on the needs for rapid and revolutionary changes in the acquisition,analysis,dissemination,influence,and generation of academic information for the purpose of evaluation and decision support in science and technology development.
