Abstract:The paper,based on describing that participating in Decision Consulting is scientists’ mission,specifically analyzed the system and mechanism of the United States Science and Technology Decision Consulting,and the main approaches and basic ways for American scientists to participate in the United States Science and Technology Decision Consulting.It also revealed the enlightenment of the United States Science and Technology Decision Consulting to China.
