中文摘要: 在对国际典型地区碳交易体系进行综述与分析基础上,提炼出中观层面碳交易体系的共同特征,并对各自存在的不同点进行了分析。根据我国国情和省情对国际碳交易体系进行了适用性研究,发现5个具有参考价值的要素和4个需要调整修正的内容;最后,对我国建立省级碳排放交易体系提出了具体建议,并阐述理由。
Abstract:On the basis of the review on the international typical regional carbon emission trade system,this paper extracts and analyzes some common and nationality features embodied in each emission trade system.According to the situation of our nation and the province,we carry out applicability research on the Carbon Emission Trade System and work out five valuable elements which can be used for constructing China’s Province Carbon Emission Trade System and four elements which needs further consideration.In the end,we proposed some concrete suggestions on how to build China’s Province Carbon Emission Trade System effectively.
