中文摘要: 文章探讨了发展问题的生态学根源,生态文明建设的科学内涵;剖析了生态文明的生态是人与环境间的耦合关系、整合学问、和谐状态与进化过程;指出生态文明的主要特征是以可持续发展为宗旨,以知识经济和生态技术为标志,集自生、共生、再生、竞生生态控制论机理为一体;讨论了当前生态文明建设的8个认识论误区和从物态、事态到生态,从技术、信息到智慧,从还原论、整体论到融合论的科学方法;以及将生态文明融入经济、政治、文化和社会建设的各方面和全过程的科学途径 。
Abstract:This paper investigated the ecological cause of the current development problems, and discussed the scientific connotation of ecological civilization. The core of ecology is the components coupling, integrative cybernetics, harmonious state, and evolutionary process. Eco-civilization is characterized by sustainable development, knowledge economy, and ecological technology driven by the ecological cybernetics of competition, symbiosis, recycling, and self-reliance. After discussed 8 misunderstandings in eco-civilization development, the paper explored the scientific approach transition from material, matter to ecology, from technology, information to intelligence, and from reductionism, holism to trans-disciplinary integration, as well as the road map of incorporating ecological civilization into all aspects and the whole process of advancing economic, political, cultural, and social development.
