中文摘要: 中国的大气污染已处于传统煤烟型污染与PM2.5、O3等二次污染物共存的区域性复合型污染阶段。大气污染控制不仅要充分考虑治理SO2 、NOx、可吸入颗粒物的技术创新,更应及早布局开展形成二次污染物前体物的控制技术研究与应用。
Abstract:The air pollution in China has been characterized by the concurrent pollutants of the emissions mainly from burning fossil fuels (such as coal, petrol, and diesel) and the secondary pollutants (Particulate Matter(PM2.5),O3,et al.)formed in atmosphere. The research and development on controlling air pollution should therefore not only be concentrated in the treatment technologies of SO2, NOx, and respiratory particulate matter but also more importantly in the technology innovation and implementation to reduce the primary emissions that form the secondary pollutants.
