中文摘要: 中国发明专利申请受理量2011 年达世界第一，引起国内外对于我国专
利质量的担忧与质疑。我国专利的数量究竟是多还是少、数量的迅速增加是否必
然导致质量下降、中国专利的质量是否值得信任、如何追求有质量的数量？本文
在对此进行一一分析的基础上，提出了改进专利质量的相关建议。

Abstract:The number of patent application for invention in China became the biggest in the world in 2011. This caused the domestic and international concerns and questions about China's patent quality. However, is the number of China's patent more or less？Is the rapid increase in number bounded to lead to the decline in the quality? Whether is Chinese patent quality worthy of trust? How to pursue the quantitywith quality? Based on analysis, this paper puts forward the advices improving patent quality.
