中文摘要: 空间对地观测技术可快速、实时、动态、准确地监测全球和区域尺度的环境变化现象,“973”计划“空间观测全球变化敏感因子的机理与方法”是针对全球空间技术研究的项目。项目开展了全球变化敏感因子分析及空间响应模式研究;进行了遥感物理模型与大气、陆气、海气因子变化的地学过程研究,并研究全球变化对地观测敏感信息精确反演机理和方法;研究了多平台空间观测的模式优化和多遥感器联动观测理论与方法;开展了星-机-地多平台综合遥感实验,建立了全球变化区域影响研究的空间信息模拟平台,提出了全球变化科学卫星方案,取得系列全球变化空间研究的发现与认识。

Abstract:Earth observation from space has incomparable advantages for monitoring global change factors if ompared with conventional methods. It allows the monitoring at global and regional scale of environmental changes. This is done fast, in real-time and accurately. This paper will present some achievements about the "Earth observation for sensitive factors of global change: mechanisms and methodologies" programme. By far, we have conducted researches on the analysis of global change sensitive factors and their response to spatial-temporal models. Based on spatial observation data, we research on reversion atmospheric model and soil model. Integrated experiences on space-air-ground observation were carried out, and a simulation platform for global change has been set up. Finally, a proposal for scientific satellite dedicated to global change research is proposed.
