用。为提升我国基础研究创新能力、服务建设创新型国家,科学基金应进一步全面发挥国际
合作强大功能,以国内优秀研究团队和研究设施为基础发起国际合作计划或项目、持续支持
国内优秀科研人员参与重要国际合作计划、吸引海外优秀人才来华工作、设立海外机构等方
式,探索不断拓展实质合作、全面实施开放合作战略的机制与途径,在具有我国特色和优势
的一些领域,逐步形成以我为主的合作格局,不断提升我国基础科学的国际地位和影响力。

Abstract:National Natural Science Foundation of China (NSFC) has made a great effort to expand the channels of international
cooperation and exchange, and to promote comprehensive, multi-dimensional, high-level, broad and effective international
cooperation. NSFC has played an important role in promoting the internationalization of Chinese basic research. To push forward
the innovation capability of Chinese basic research and contribute to the goal of establishing an innovative country, NSFC
should better utilize the power of international cooperation and explore new patterns and mechanisms to increase substantial
cooperation and fully implement its strategy of international cooperation. NSFC should support the cooperation in the field
that Chinese scholars hold the leading position to increase the international influences of Chinese basic science. Efforts can be
made to initiate international research projects and programs based on outstanding domestic research teams and facilities, continue
the support to Chinese researchers participating in important international research scheme, increase the appeal to overseas
talents, and establish overseas offices.
