Abstract:Since the 18th CPC National Congress, Chinese government has attached unprecedented importance to talents. The sustainable supply of talents plays a crucial role on the improvement of national competitiveness. In terms of the construction of talents, currently China is confronted with two important issues—the unsustainability of high-level talents’development and education. China should establish open awareness of talents and implement open policies of talents as well.
