Abstract:In the era of economic globalization, intellectual property rights（IPR）become important wealth and intangible assets. It has been included in the national economic accounting, and has become an important resource and support for the development of market economy. Merging into the economic development is the main trend in the development of IPR. IPR trade has become an important form of management. As an important part of enterprise management, IPR is an important tool of market competition. The development of service industry also posts the new task on the use of IPR. From the height to improve national competitiveness,we should strengthen the awareness of IPR, prevent IPR risks and the abuse of IPR, strengthen the innovation and our independent IPR.
