Abstract:This paper introduces intellectual property management and technology transfer of Dalian Institute of Chemical Physics, Chinese Academy of Sciences. Focused in how to improve the protection and commercialization of the intellectual property and how to promote technology transfer quickly, perspectives and considerations are put forward. Hopefully, these achievements will be helpful for the technology transfer and the intellectual property management of research institutions.
