Abstract:Innovation driven development is the national development strategy of our country in the new historical period. The impact factors of innovation driven are complex. The inventor is a motive force of innovation driven development, the protection of the rights and interests directly relate to the innovation of science and technology achievements, determines the pace of innovation driven development. This article examines the situation and existing problems, then puts forward the suggestion about the protection of the inventor's rights and interests in our country, from the perspective of innovation driven development.
