Abstract:Under the premise of combination of inheritance and innovation, the study attempts to explore the new field of enhancing the national cohesion by introducing the theory of positive organizational behavior (POB) such as hope cognition, self-efficacy, subjective well-being, and psychological elasticity. This study is designated to guide the innovation of cohesion building theory primarily.
