Abstract:Entering into the 21st century, intellectual property becomes the key of economic competition, and countries and enterprises all enhance their intellectual property work. Enterprises are important reflections of national economic power, and supporting enterprises to become powered is the responsibility of national government. The concept of intellectual property enpowering country was put forward in 2013, and in the framework of the concept, it is also included that the intellectual property enpowering province, the intellectual property enpowering city, and the intellectual property enpowering enterprise. While Intellectual property enpowering enterprise is an important part of intellectual property enpowering country. By analyzing the implications, historical background, international environment, and realistic foundation of intellectual property enpowering enterprise, the national strategy choice of intellectual property enterprise is explained.
