Abstract:The formation and change of ideals and beliefs are closely related to individual psychological process and state of mind. The article analyses the connotation and role of staying true to the mission, the formation and change of individual level beliefs and the influence factors, and the dialectical and unified relationship between staying mission true and making innovations, in order to enhance the level of ideological and political education.
