Abstract:To build Xiongan New Area into an innovation highland with global impact is the great chance for the city, and it is also the millennium planning for China. This paper suggests that comprehensive integration and leading indigenous innovation are the strategic position for Xiongan New Area, and the innovation bodies, innovative talents, innovation fund, and innovative city buildings are four pillars for Xiongan New Area. Furthermore, the publicity of R&D project and co-sharing of intellectual property rights could be the institutional innovation for Xiongan New Area.
