中文摘要: “藏粮于地、藏粮于技”战略是国家“十三五”规划的新途径,是保障我国粮食生产和安全的必然选择。提升耕地质量和确保耕地资源的可持续利用,是实现“藏粮于地、藏粮于技”战略的基本保障和具体途径。目前我国耕地资源环境面临着多重挑战,需要依靠科技创新不断提升耕地地力。文章分析了我国耕地质量现状以及耕地资源保护和可持续利用中需要解决的问题和发展方向,并从“藏粮于地、藏粮于技”战略实施的角度,针对我国耕地资源特点,探讨了提升基础耕地地力的途径,提出了耕地资源可持续管理问题,旨在为“藏粮于地、藏粮于技”战略实施提供一定参考。

Abstract:The strategy of "Storing Grain in Land and Technology" is a new way of national "13th Five-Year Plan", and also the inevitable choice to guarantee the food production and security. Improving the quality of cultivated land and ensuring the sustainable utilization of cultivated land resources are the basic guarantee and way to realize the strategy of "Storing Grain in Land and Technology". At present, the cultivated land resources and environment in China are faced with multiple challenges, and the continuous improvement of the cultivated land resources rely on scientific and technological innovation. This article analyzes the present situation of the land quality, the problems and development directions of the protection and sustainable utilization of cultivated land resources. From the perspective of the strategy of "Storing Grain in Land and Technology", we discuss the way to enhance the basic soil fertility and put forward the sustainable management of arable land resources, based on the characteristics of cultivated land resources. The aim is to provide some reference for the strategy implementation of "Storing Grain in Land and Technology".
