中文摘要: 1978年3月举行的全国科学大会，是我国科学史上空前的盛会，标志着我国科技工作经过“十年动乱”后终于迎来了“科学的春天”。通过全国科学大会的筹备和召开，我国科技事业恢复了正常的体制和秩序，党和政府调整了知识分子政策，确立了“知识分子是工人阶级的一部分”和“科学技术是生产力”等重要论断，是对“十年动乱”中遭到严重破坏的科技工作的全面拨乱反正，也为20世纪80年代科技事业的开放和改革奠定了基础。
Abstract:The National Science Conference, held in March 1978, is an unprecedented event in the history of Science in contemporary China. It indicates that science and technology in China finally embracing the "Springtime of Science" after ten years of turmoil during the Cultural Revolution. In the course of preparation for the conference, the Chinese government restored the national system of science and technology, formulated a new science and technology plan, and properly implement the policy on scientists and intellectuals. In the opening address of the conference, Deng Xiaoping said:"Science and technology is the primary productivity", and "the Scientific and technological workers are part of the working class." The adjustment of science policy laid the foundation for the opening and reform of science and technology in 1980s.
