Abstract:By reviewing the 30-year history of China national hi-tech industrial development zones and their achievements, the paper reveals and analyzes the national impact and historical significance of constructing the national hi-tech industry development zones. Through an indepth analysis of the transformation development of the hi-tech industry development zones and the challenges they face in the new era, this study proposes the target and general plan of developing "innovation economy" in the 3rd Entrepreneurship, as well as key measures of advancing national high-tech industrial development zones in the new era according to their current development.
