中文摘要: 当前,东北振兴亟待从要素和投资驱动转向创新驱动,但我国东北地区科研机构的大量科研成果并没有在东北本地转化。文章以中国科学院为例,在总结东北地区科技成果转化体系和成效的基础上,从主体和环境角度,对影响科技成果转化的因素进行了分析,发现虽然东北地区创新资源匮乏、中介机构能力较弱、企业知识吸收能力不强等因素在短期内影响了科技成果转化,但全球经济发展长波也为科技成果转化活动创造了新空间,并基于上述分析提出了相关建议。
Abstract:At present, the revitalization of Northeast China needs to shift from factor-driven to innovation-driven, yet a large number of scientific and technological achievements have not been transformed locally. Taking the Chinese Academy of Sciences as an example, this paper analyzes the factors affecting the transformation of scientific and technological achievements in Northeast China on the basis of summarizing the transformation system and effectiveness. It is found that although factors such as lack of innovation resources, weak intermediaries, and weak knowledge absorptive capacity of enterprises have affected the transformation of scientific and technological achievements in the short term, the long wave of global economic development has also created new space. Based on the above analysis, this paper puts forward relevant suggestions.
