中文摘要: 能源科技的发展将深刻地影响着未来能源格局,因此能源发展前景预测对国家政策制定和企业战略谋划都意义重大。文章在对能源现状与发展趋势分析的基础上,总结了能源转型多元化、低碳化、分散化、数字化和全球化的“五化”特征,指出了2016年以来出现的中美经贸摩擦、低油价和人工智能技术应用等方面的新变化特征,并就能源领域未来科技发展趋势提出了低成本技术、信息技术和颠覆性技术3个方面的思考,以期为我国积极应对能源转型,布局未来能源科技提供点滴参考。
Abstract:The development of energy science and technology has profound impacts on the future energy pattern, and the outlook of energy development is of great significance to national policy-making and corporate strategic planning. Based on the analysis of the current situation and development trend of energy sector, this study summarizes the five characteristics of energy transformation: diversification, decarbonization, decentralization, digitalization, and globalization, and points out three new features in respect of the trade war between China and US, low oil price, and application of artificial intelligence technology that emerged since 2016. A few thoughts concerning low-cost technology, information technology, and subversive technology are presented for analyzing the development trend of science and technology in energy sector, actively responding to energy transformation and formulating development strategy of energy science and technology.
