中文摘要: 中国科学院作为国家战略科技力量，是我国科技扶贫的先行者、主力军。30多年来，中国科学院以科技扶贫促进县域经济发展，构建服务贫困地区发展的科技扶贫网络，培育贫困地区可持续发展的“造血”功能，取得了显著成效。随着脱贫攻坚任务接近完成，巩固脱贫攻坚成果，建立解决相对贫困长效机制，统筹推进脱贫攻坚与乡村振兴战略的有效衔接，成为未来重要工作方向。中国科学院将继续遵循习近平总书记指引的方向，统筹全院优势资源和科研力量，持之以恒为乡村振兴作出国家战略科技力量应有的贡献。
Abstract:Chinese Academy of Sciences (CAS) is the initiator and practitioner of poverty alleviation by science and technology in China. Since 1980's, CAS has been supporting the development of county economy through science and technology in poverty-stricken areas. As the task of poverty alleviation is nearing completion, consolidating the achievements of poverty alleviation and promoting the effective connection between poverty alleviation and Rural Revitalization Strategy will become an important approach in the future.
