Abstract:Since set up in 1949, Chinese Academy of Sciences (CAS) has established and operated several universities to meet the need of the state and the academy. It is a history with pains and gains. Today, a large number of professional talents have been trained and graduated from CAS. CAS takes a pioneer role in exploring the new way for the development of Chinese higher education in integrating scientific research and training, and promoting Chinese universities' academic levels.
