中文摘要: 加强基础研究是实现高水平科技自立自强的核心举措之一。建党百年之际,回顾新中国科技事业发展历程,总结利于促进科技事业发展、推动基础研究走向实际应用的经验,并指出中国科学院开启的创新文化建设是创造有利于基础研究环境的重要举措。文章进一步陈述了中国科学院病原微生物与免疫学重点实验室从基础研究走向实际应用的探索和实践经验。
Abstract:Strengthening basic research is one of the key strategies to achieve high-quality self-reliance of science and technology. On the occasion of the Centenary of the Communist Party of China, we review the development of science and technology in China and summarize the experience of promoting basic research to practical application. We also point out that the construction of innovation culture initiated by Chinese Academy of Sciences is useful to create a favorable environment for the basic research. Moreover, we describe the experience of how CAS Key Laboratory of Pathogenic Microbiology and Immunology promotes basic research to practical application.
