中文摘要: 现代工程体现了多学科融合的特征,是基础科学和工程技术发展的引擎。工程科学源于工程,并服务工程。工程科学和自然科学同属基础研究范畴,是共同支撑工程技术发展进步的基础。文章回顾了工程科学的发展历程,在诠释工程科学内涵、发展阶段与现代特征基础上,分析了我国工程科学的发展需求和突出问题,并参考主要国家发展工程科学的经验和做法,提出了适应我国发展的建议与思考。
Abstract:Modern engineering embodies the characteristics of multi-disciplinary integration and is the engine for the development of basic science and engineering technology. Engineering science comes from engineering and serves engineering. Engineering science and natural science both belong to the category of basic research and are the basis of jointly supporting the development and progress of engineering technology. To this end, this paper reviews the development process of engineering science, and on the basis of fully grasping the and the connotation, development stage and modern characteristics of engineering science, draws on the experience and practices of major countries in the development of engineering science, and proposes policy recommendations for resolving the outstanding problems and deficiencies in the current development of engineering science.
